Flying To Economic Peace!

From humble beginnings...

To Trump International - Jerusalem

Approximately 3 million people are trapped in regions of Israel's Judea and Samaria, under direct control of the Palestinian Authority. They are entirely landlocked and since 7 October 2003 they have become increasingly isolated. As long as their political leaders maintain pay-to-slay terrorism, targeting Jews and deny the existence of the Jewish State of Israel, then much like the fate of Hamas and people in Gaza, these people will be doomed to live in tense, militaristic environments that will continue to burden GDP and their prosperity.

Compare Israel GDP

With Palestinian Authority GDP

The new Trump administration can unburden their future with opportunities that direct significant development and growth to the region, including for landlocked residents who aspire to capital market values. Newly appointed Ambassador Mike Huckabee and Middle East Advisor Steven Witkoff fully grasp the realities of the region, but also understand that willing participants who desire economic peace, through capital growth and increased prosperity, can motivate participation. However, participants must jointly and simultaneously displace old regimes and leaders who are beholden to rhetoric and negative impact politics.

Since the Abraham Accords regional relations have skewed toward increased productivity and prosperity with nations like The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and even Saudi Arabia seeking to lift restrictive barriers imposed on their populations. Now a sea-change is coming and there may never be a better time to focus on Israel's existing plans that were put into place, to be endorsed, at the end of the previous Trump administration.

Between the Dead Sea and Jerusalem is one such plan for a major infrastructure project that would motivate large numbers of local people toward a future that holds great promise for them and the region. The plan and outlook is for an international airport, eventually serving Jerusalem, Ramallah, the Dead Sea, Jordan Valley and southern cities of Jordan. Perhaps as The Trump International Airport, it would resolve complexities that are presently disrupting the pursuit of regional peace and could eventually grow to become a major international travel hub.

Detailed studies for a full scale international hub, have already concluded the suitability of the location, but a single runway, not much more than the road in these images and videos and a make-shift terminal, would be sufficient to get this project energized and parties vested in success-based goals.

For Israel its about security, for the PA its independence, but for both the prospects of local prosperity may outweigh their lesser principles. If Israel tolerates a sealed, secure road to and from the airport and Ramallah, perhaps from Jordan too then the border system could ensure safe passage through a  facility that satisfied entry-exit requirements of all parties. For a more detailed look turn to page 68 of the a the Jerusalem 5800 plan that can be downloaded

Notwithstanding the impact Covid19 and Israel's present wars the future forecast for international travel to the region is bright. Airports take time to plan and develop, even small ones' now is the time to forge minds and hearts to drive toward common interests that serve the prosperity of people.

Anti UNRWA Law Moving to Knesset Vote

Source J-Wire

The Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee unanimously approved legislation designating the UN Relief and Works Agency a “terror organization” on Tuesday. The bill now heads to the Knesset plenum for its first reading.

In addition, the legislation would also strip UNRWA of its diplomatic immunity, tax-exempt status, and other legal benefits.

“UNRWA’s crimes on October 7 and the agency’s cooperation over the years with the terrorist organizations are unforgivable. There is no other way to define them except as a terrorist organization and they must be immediately removed from the law,” said MK Yulia Malinovsky, who initiated the legislation.

“An organization whose employees, social workers, doctors and teachers during the day are terrorists at night is a terrorist organization for all intents and purposes,” the Yisrael Beiteinu lawmaker added.

UNRWA, which supports Palestinian refugees, has been under fire for months, with Israeli officials demanding the agency be stripped of its authority in Gaza and defunded amid revelations that members of the agency’s staff participated in Hamas’s October 7 attacks. The Israeli government is bypassing UNRWA in distributing humanitarian aid.

Israel’s largest bank froze UNRWA’s account in February over suspicious financial transfers that the agency failed to adequately explain. That same month, Israeli forces discovered a Hamas complex located directly under the UNRWA’s Gaza City headquarters and connected directly to the agency’s electricity system. The facility included numerous computer servers belonging to the terror group.

More than 100 survivors of Hamas’s October 7 attacks filed a $1 billion lawsuit against UNRWA, accusing the agency of “aiding and abetting” the terror group.

The Israel Lands Authority in May ordered UNRWA to vacate its Jerusalem offices over violations of its lease.

Palestinian refugees are the only refugee population with its own dedicated UN agency. The rest of the world’s refugees fall under the mandate of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. Israeli officials have called for UNRWA to be closed and for Palestinian refugees to be brought under the responsibility of the UNHCR.

UNRWA TERRORISTS!

October 7 Victims Sue UNRWA for $1 Billion, Claiming It Aided and Abetted Hamas

Introduction: More than 100 victims of the devastating October 7 Hamas assault on Israel, along with their families, have filed a lawsuit claiming $1 billion in damages from UNRWA. The United Nations aid agency for Palestinians is accused of assisting the terror group in its attack.

The lawsuit names UNRWA and seven of its past and current leaders, including head Philippe Lazzarini, as defendants. It alleges:

UNRWA allowed Hamas to use its facilities for weapons storage.

Tunnels and command centers were built under UNRWA sites.

The agency funneled cash into Hamas’s coffers by paying employees in US dollars.

Warnings Ignored: The lawsuit asserts that UNRWA was repeatedly warned that its policies were directly aiding Hamas, yet it continued these practices.

October 7 Attack: On that day, Hamas led 3,000 terrorists in a massive cross-border attack on Israel, resulting in over 1,200 deaths, mostly civilians.

The lawsuit sheds light on UNRWA’s alleged role in supporting Hamas and seeks accountability for the devastating consequences of the October 7 attack.

AI Agrees Antisemitism Challenges World Order

"Whoever wears this is an enemy of our people"

Antisemitism, a form of prejudice and discrimination against Jews, can indeed challenge world order. It has a global reach and can destabilize societies and foster conflict¹³. A rise in antisemitism can lead to increased social tension, violence, and can even contribute to geopolitical shifts¹²⁴.

For instance, the rise of antisemitism in the 20th century culminated in the Holocaust, which had profound effects on the world order². More recently, a global trend of increasing antisemitism has been reported, with many Jews across the world fearing for their safety¹. This rise in antisemitism can lead to displacement of populations and changes in the demographic and political landscape⁴.

Moreover, antisemitism can also lead to a rise in nationalism and extremist ideologies, which can further destabilize the world order². Therefore, addressing and combating antisemitism is crucial for maintaining global peace and stability³.

"Death to America"

Death to America

A human rights activist has issued a grave warning about "Death to America" chants being bellowed on the streets of America. America’s Muslim City, human rights activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali warned the chant could be designed to “bring the world under Islam dominion”.

The anti-US political slogan has been widely used in the Middle East but is becoming increasingly prevalent in the US in the wake of the Israel-Gaza conflict as many activists take aim at the government for its perceived inaction.

She said the slogan is an act of ‘Da’wah’, which she explains is to “literally call or to invite non-Muslims to Islam”. She added: “It’s a very ambitious project to bring the world under Muslim dominion.

“In 2006, it was unthinkable for a man born and raised in Michigan to shout to a large group of a Muslim audience, ‘death to America and death to Israel’.

ICC Burns Hamas For Anti-Israel Moment!

Karim Ahmad Khan

ICC to decide whether their claims against Israel are warranted while others point to false equivalency in wake of charges

The chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, is also going after Hamas leaders in the same breath - something Israel’s allies were quick to criticize. U.S. President Joe Biden reiterated his solidarity with Israel:

"Whatever these warrants may imply, there is no equivalence between Israel and Hamas, and it's clear Israel wants to do all we can to ensure civilian protection."

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant responded to the ICC prosecutor's charges against him: 'Khan's attempt to deny the State of Israel the right to defend itself must be rejected explicitly'

Outrageous, absurd and antisemitic — just some of the words used by Israeli lawmakers to describe the decision by the ICC chief prosecutor to pursue arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged violations of international law in Gaza.

The judges at the world's top war crimes court have to decide whether to issue those warrants after weighing the charges, including causing starvation as a method of war and deliberately targeting civilians.

"Congress is reviewing all options, including sanctions, to punish the ICC and ensure its leadership faces consequences if they proceed," Johnson said in a statement.

In the Senate, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who while expressing consistent solidarity with Israel has also not shied away from criticizing Prime Minister Netanyahu, also highlighted the false equivalency between elected Israeli officials and Hamas terrorist leaders.

“As disappointing as the ICC's decision is, it comes as no surprise because for decades and decades the ICC has shown it harbors deep biases against Israel.

"This decision suggesting an equivalency between Israel and Hamas is another glaring example of that bias against Israel. As I have said many times, there has never been and there can never be any equivalence between Israel's right to defend itself against terror and Hamas' barbarity," Schumer said.

Gallant reacted to the charges on Tuesday morning, insisting that Israel fights in accordance with the rules of international law while adding that Israel does not recognize the court's authority.

"As Minister of Defense, I stand with, support, and commend our troops, who are defending our people and fulfilling the extraordinary privilege and obligation of defending ourselves, by ourselves," Gallant wrote on his X account.

"The attempt made by the ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan to turn things around will not succeed - the parallel he has drawn between the Hamas terrorist organization and the State of Israel is despicable."

Gallant stated, "The State of Israel is not a party to the Court and does not recognize its authority. Prosecutor Karim Khan's attempt to deny the State of Israel the right to defend itself and ensure the release of the hostages held in Gaza, must be rejected explicitly."

Neither the U.S. nor Israel are signatories to the Rome Statute, which recognizes the ICC's authority and jurisdiction. Bipartisan efforts are already underway in U.S. Congress to shield the Israeli leaders, with House Speaker Mike Johnson could vote as soon as this week on a bill to sanction ICC officials who investigate U.S. citizens or allies. The bill is supported by Representative Elise Stefanik, who visited Israel this week, as well as two dozen Republican lawmakers, though it's uncertain whether it would be able to shore up enough support among Democrats.

The spokesperson for British prime minister Rishi Sunak said "This action is not helpful in relation to reaching a pause in the fighting, getting hostages out or getting humanitarian aid in." He also stated that while the ICC may have made a decision to recognize Palestine as a state, with the Palestinian Authority signing on to the Rome Statute, Britain and most other member states do not.

The ICC chief prosecutor was reportedly scheduled to visit Israel as early as next week to discuss the investigation, and his staff was set to arrive on Tuesday. Instead, Israel was informed the team did not board their flight, as Khan had announced the charges.

ICC’s Misguided Equivalence: Defending Israel Against Terrorism

The ICC’s recent decision to pursue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and three Hamas leaders has stirred significant debate. ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan’s allegations of war crimes against Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas leaders fail to distinguish between Israel’s defensive actions and the operations of a terrorist group.

The conflict erupted on October 7th, triggered by a brutal Hamas attack that left 1,200 Israeli civilians dead and 250 kidnapped. This unprovoked assault by a group recognized as a terrorist organization by numerous Western countries necessitated a decisive military response from Israel to protect its citizens.

While critics point to the high Palestinian casualty rate, it is essential to consider the complexities of urban warfare. Hamas routinely uses civilian infrastructure such as schools and hospitals as shields, complicating Israel’s military efforts. Despite these challenges, Israel adheres to stringent moral standards and international law, striving to minimize civilian harm.

The ICC’s move to equate Israel’s actions with those of Hamas overlooks the critical difference between a democratic state’s right to self-defense and a terrorist group’s deliberate targeting of civilians. Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz condemned the ICC’s decision as a “historic disgrace,” highlighting the legal and moral justification for Israel’s military operations.

Allegations that Israel obstructs humanitarian aid and employs starvation as a weapon are baseless. Israel maintains that it does not restrict aid into Gaza and attributes distribution issues to UN inefficiencies. The ongoing conflict and security concerns further complicate aid delivery, a factor often overlooked by critics.

Israel’s judicial system rigorously investigates and prosecutes any alleged misconduct by its forces, ensuring accountability and transparency. This stands in stark contrast to Hamas, which operates without accountability, committing atrocities against both Israelis and Palestinians.

In summary, Israel’s actions in Gaza are a necessary defense against ongoing terrorist threats from Hamas. The ICC’s decision to pursue arrest warrants against Israeli leaders unfairly equates defensive measures with terrorism. The international community must acknowledge the complexities of this conflict and support Israel’s right to defend its citizens.

ICC Ruling Locks in Showdown with US Congress!

A barrage of posts on X, from prominent leaders, slammed the actions of ICC prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan. For some his ICC warrants are seen as egregious, driving up the Islamic sponsored Jihad that opposes Judeo Christian sentiments of the silent majority. For now that bear sleeps, but Khan's prodding is likely to wake it up, put it on center stage and invoke a reckoning that will ultimately drive US Congressional action.

His close relationship with UN head António Guterres, further empowers him to act on behalf of nations that battle for diplomatic dominance at UN headquarters in New York. However, the outcome of the US election in November will have a significant bearing and its not just about the President, the make up of Congress and Senate will bear significant weight. The stakes for the ICC are very high and Khan is gambling its reputation.

It goes without saying that a Trump victory will most likely result in similar or even more severe budget cuts, banking controls and veto actions to that of his previous term in office. That global precipice is looming. It could indeed turn the tide and put the ICC back in its box. Alternatively a Biden victory is likely to enable President Obama to continue dominating Democrat Party endorsed policy that would accelerate the global shift toward Islamic cultural bias.

The Judeo-Christian bond between Israel and the USA is unbreakable, but the stakes are high and the ICC's serious challenge may have to be dialed back at the expense of Karim Ahmad Khan.

Living It Up On Food Money In Gaza!

Egyptian border with Gaza

The Gaza Strip shares a 12km border with Egypt, known as the Rafah border. This border served as a vital lifeline for the people of Gaza, providing a connection to the outside world that was not directly controlled by Israel. However, the Rafah border was tightly controlled by Cairo for years, limiting how long it’s kept open down to as few as 32 days in a single year at some points. Despite the desperate need for aid in Gaza, Egypt has failed to facilitate the entry of life-saving aid to more than 2.2 million people, citing Israeli restrictions.

Almost two million people - most of the population - are reported to have fled their homes and those who remain in northern Gaza are on the brink of famine, according to the United Nations. Even before the current conflict, about 80% of the population of Gaza was in need of humanitarian aid.

The desperate food situation comes after six months of conflict. Israel responded to the 7 October attacks by Hamas with an intense bombing campaign, followed by a ground invasion. This Israeli campaign continues under the pretext of undermining the military power of Hamas, the Palestinian political armed movement which runs Gaza.

In May 2024, Hamas hijacked a major humanitarian aid shipment that was delivered to Gaza from Jordan. The aid shipment was unloaded by the Jordanian military inside the Strip before being picked up by a humanitarian implementer for distribution inside Gaza. However, the aid was intercepted and diverted by Hamas on the ground in Gaza.

The Pentagon reported that humanitarian aid trucks traveling to the war-torn Gaza shore were hijacked before reaching their destination. Some of the initial shipment of 569 metric tons of aid had been seized after it left the causeway built by the Pentagon.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) released drone footage claiming to capture instances of Hamas militants beating civilians and commandeering the aid in the Gaza Strip. The footage depicts terrorists hijacking aid trucks, physically assaulting civilians, and diverting essential supplies to a Hamas stronghold.

President Donald Trump, through his national press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, said: "President Trump did more for Israel than any American President in history, and he took historic action in the Middle East that created unprecedented peace. When President Trump is back in the Oval Office, Israel will once again be protected, Iran will go back to being broke, terrorists will be hunted down, and the bloodshed will end.

Getting food to Gaza is not the problem, controlling nations including those who finance terrorist leaders and criminal gangs that profit from any tradable merchandise is a complex matter. It will require iron fisted control over critical elements of global banking to ensure responsible behaviors.
